  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item sent). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
